I am Guillermo, a native of Madrid and the founder of Proxima Habitat. My passion has always been to combine the worlds of travel, business, and real estate. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in hiring, negotiation, and sales in large companies such as El Corte Inglés, Ávoris, and Engel & Völkers. However, what truly drives me is the level of detail and personal connection that personal projects offer. That’s why, in addition to being a real estate investor, I actively collaborate in the development of several small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Traveling is another of my great passions; I work daily with tourism companies and have traveled to over 60 countries, which has given me a global perspective on different cultures and a deep respect for biodiversity and local communities. However, when I walk through the streets, my attention is always drawn to the windows of real estate agencies. What fascinates me most about the industry is the transformation process of a property into a home—a space where someone will build their life.
